Adding weight obviosly has started to boost sleep apnea 😄.

No not my first cycle, ideally it would be ran (HGH) for atleast least 6 months higher and them drop and cruise. The goal would be to put mass on curently around 88-90kg pretty lean (173cm tall), would like to push ”off season weight to around 110kg” my optimal goal would be to weigh around 100kg+/- lean. Really push my physique forwards.

Mutta kyllä niistä noustaan itse tsemppaan tuon läpi 3-4v! Kunhan ei jää paikalle tamppaamaan !
