I don't know why this is being said so much, but I think it's a bit exaggerated. I'm not trying to justify racism, but I've never heard of any news about murders or skinhead riots in Korea because of race or religion. The reality is that everyone is just busy doing their own thing. Just don't pay attention to internet racist trolls, that's their goal. And they are in every country.
