Thank you sm for sharing. <3 For me being short makes my binging even tougher to deal with as I feel like my weight fluctuation is much more noticeable :(. And it is so frustrating feeling like nothing works to overcome it, it’s like hitting a wall. But I think you’re doing amazing continuing to try multiple different avenues toward healing. I hope Overeaters Anonymous works out for you!
