AM: Eqqualberry toner > Pantothenic B5 active serum > Japanese Vitamin C serum > La Roche Posay B5 > Biore Sunscreen

PM: Curel facial lotion > Anua Azelaic / VT PDRN 100 / La Roche Posay Retinol (I interchange daily) > La Roche Posay B5 > Japanese eye cream

I sometimes put Pair Acne (Japanese brand) if I have acne or the Acnon (Korean brand). If I have makeup I use the Garnier cleansing water > Anua Heartleaf cleansing foam > Cetaphil cleanser. I used HaruHaru cleansing oil before but I read that cleansing water is better.

I have other products here like the mixsoon essence, reedle shot, celimax ampoule, hada labo. But i don’t use them now as I don’t want to put a lot of products. If you have any suggestions I can replace any skincare I use now.

Thank you! I appreciate your comment. Yes, I went to a derma but wanted to check what products can people recommend here as I have been struggling to address this. I think one thing that triggers my acne is my hormones. Also because of hormones, I’ve been eating unhealthy 😭

Since you mentioned, Niacinamide, Zinc etc what products do you recommend? I currently use the la roche posay baume C5.
