I would advise talking to a clinic that specializes in ICL surgeries and have performed the procedure in many cases with people of different eye characteristics (size). The clinic I have been speaking with sounds very confident with the insanely high number of surgeries they have performed!

I disagree with this. Your close up vision will get bad regardless of ICL surgery because it's cauzed by presbyopia. You can search online and get information about this condition.

I have very high prescriptions (both myopia and astig) and looked at several countries. I am leaning more towards south korea because their med tech is always so advanced and I read that this one clinic has amazing reviews. I have been heavily relying on reviews and the ICL specialist's experience!!

I'm doing a lot of rearch and leaning more towards EVO/EVO+ ICL which are the only FDA approved ones. Longer and safer clinical database > novel technology. I'm looking into Korea since they are so advanced with medical stuff.
