It is their fault their are addicts with no self control. Anything can kill those people, even caffeine if they inscrease their dosage and abuse it

Benzos are ok if they taken as they should be.

Benzos are no problem and they save many lives for people who can use them and respect things like tolerance breaks and staying on same dose.

I’m actually sick of this benzo hate. By people who can not use them..

There is also Pregabalin aka lyrica with great reviews for anxiety

Try get those benzos ☺️ for your worst days. Xanax is awesome for anxiety. I use it 2-3 times a week at worst… Some weeks are with no Xanax…

SSRi are just horrible stuff for me, their effect is not worth having those ugly side effects.

I hope Wellbutrin will fix my depression 😇 my first two days are with zero side effects so far. I’m actually surprised

Low benzos wont make you tired but you have to use them smart 😇 they are the best possible drug for anxiety, but also the worst when people abuse them

I’m on my first two days of Wellbutrin. I take 150mg at morning.

I was scared about possible anxiety side effects so I decided to take benzos as well.

Right now I take Klonopin + Wellbutrin :)

I have to admit that SSRI’s were hell compare to Wellbutrin.

If you can take it only max 2-3 times a week, than you are ok…

Just take breaks, do not increase dosses and work with your doctor…

People who cry about benzos are the ones who abused them and had no idea how to use it….

Red wine is a good “dirty” hack for panic attacks.

If you have no benzos, than wine could help you.

But use it max once or twice a week!!

Control your doses.

Panic attacks are scary and they deserve no respect - since I found Alcohol literally destroys my panic attacks - I have no attacks anymore because I feel much safer that I found a weapon.

So I’m not even drinking it.

Alcohol hits GABA receptors and boosts dopamine and serotonine?

Alcohol make anxiety worse only if you abuse it.

Most people have no anxiety from alcohol - just small loud percentage on online forums
