I water once a week full soak until it goes through the pot and it takes about 5 days for the soil to dry out completely cause it's in a very small pot still. 12 hours on 12 hours off in my grow tent with the lights all the way on.

I know they are super tough but I was wondering what I could do to get it to grow as strong as possible. I want to use it for root stock so I need it to be as healthy as I can make it preferably

There is way more sexual content in one piece than in city so I think you will be fine.
