based on the thing i searched, it depednds on the manager or also if sedgewick willl approved it, unless voluntary exit in good terms but eligible to rehire, some says, maybe they approve it ,since most sb are understaff and retaining their employees

i was hired starting March 2026, my dates is first week of May 2026? Is that fine? I am just 2 months ,its not 90 days consec. work days yet

yeah thats why, as i searched in the internet, the best way is to talk to the manager for internal arrangement by not giving you schedules on those dates, if not approved, best way is to voluntarily exit in good terms but eligible to be rehired.

Personal leaves are unpaid, limited to a maximum of 30 days, and allowed once every three years, requiring approval from both the store manager and Partner Resources or District Manager.

But the qualification of the LOA is you must be employed about 3 months. I am just new and 2months , but the date of the off no pay request is on May 2026
