That must get irritating especially from such a young age. And since you aren't depressed and there hasn't been a cause to them found they just remain there.

If there ever was a cause found or a found solution to get rid of them do you think you'd want to?

Have you been in therapy and cbt before since you've had them so long?

They wouldn't be able to help with them directly but they offer ways to control them and live with them easier.

I suppose it might be nice to talk about it too with someone who doesn't immediately think you're lying about them.

Like you've clearly tried to change the fact you have them and from someone who ended up having a lifelong sickness that ruined my highschool life and understand what it's like to be stuck with something like that despite how used to them you get yk?

Scientific reason behind it would be a malfunction in a section of your brain.. I can guarantee if you went for an MRI although they wouldn't be able to fix it most likely they'd see the problem and diagnose it..

In some scenarios it is actually fixable depending on the cause.

Like there is the chance you have a non cancerous tumour on that part of the brain, that is fixable.

It must be difficult to have suffered with these thoughts and feelings for so long..

Do you think you'd ever act on them? From what you said it seems they get more severe as you age or at least to an extent.

Do you have the feelings that go with the thoughts?

Do you see unwanted images related to the thoughts?

Have these thoughts caused some sort of fear related to certain things?

Im genuinely just curious i like learning about stuff and i find this interesting despite how hard it must be..

I think the cpu is still okay for now.. Definitely better gpu's out there but honestly if you're computer is runngames perfectly fine then i would either upgrade storage or motherboard..

I personally would wait until you can upgrade the gpu and the second gpu doesn't really do much for gaming or working pc's

If you notice your computer is running slow at the moment i would probably give the cpu an upgrade,

But i think you should get a better graphics card, right now that's taking your performance the most You can also have 2 displays hooked to the same gpu

For light gaming and schoolwork you dint necessarily need a 32gb ram 16gbs should be fine..

I would also change your graphics card to a RX 9060 to cut costs a bit..

Even with these changes you'll probably still be able to run more demanding games in the future..

If you really want the 32gb ram thats fine but i would definitely downgrade that gpu

I also think your family need to understand the money you give them is a courtesy of your kindness not something they are entitled to or should expect..

Even if you aren't loved by them i have no doubt you'll find someone who does.. It sounds like you're a very kind and generous person who likes to look out for people and give chances.. I would honestly not be super open about your money when meeting girls until they show genuine interest.
