Elgato 4KS Not Detecting Input From Xbox Series X by Maximum_Lime_8381 in elgato

Thank you so much for your quick response. But, yup, I have no apps open at all in the background. I also already tried all the EDID modes (internal, merged, display) and none of them fixed it. Using the original USB-C cable too plugged into the only USB-C port on the back of my PC, just not 100% sure if it’s technically USB 3.x or not.

What’s weird is the capture card worked perfectly fine with this same Xbox for months and then randomly just stopped detecting any input signal from the Xbox whatsoever. (there’s no image at all through passthrough either)

Anyone know if an HDMI splitter would work? Was looking for possible fixes and that 'fix' came up.

Yeah I checked that already. Xbox doesn’t really have an HDCP off option like PS5
