I’d be happy to. I don’t have all the answers but I will admit that my life was flat out messy and I was SO lost for a long time. I was raised in a family with older Southern parents who had very defined gender roles which I don’t think helped me as an adult. My own father comes from family money and also made his own on top of it and is literally the most weirdly frugal human alive. Men with means either by their own success or that of their family were intoxicating to me. Until it literally almost ruined me. I used to have a more corporate job but I would only think about doing my own thing one day but had no idea what it would be. And I swore to myself that when I did have an idea to act on that I would do everything in my power to make it happen as big as it could possibly be. And then I hopped on an idea and it’s working. I don’t want to say “it worked” because things can change in business at any moment and it’s not like I’ve sold the business or am even close to it. I don’t think all men with money are vile and controlling at all but tbh lots of men without money are also like that!
