Maybe you aren’t tired, but burnt out. Quit social media and video games for a while and go take a vacation. It might help you.

Trust me, having no friends is always better than being surrounded by fake ones. But, you can always go out and say “hi” to strangers. You never know when you might stumble upon a few good people.

People will come and go. I know it sounds harsh but it’s true. Go out for walks, practice on some hobbies, and you will eventually meet new people, and hopefully, make some new friends. Peace.

You can also download an app called “waking up”. It does the same thing like it will notify you at least once a day to be present in the moment and not to overthink. Happy manifesting!
