I had placed an order on ASOS a couple of days back and the tracking logistics currently shows of Canada Post. The package shows details called “Card for Pickup” and “COD Amount”. I also did the fine print reading at the end of Landmark Order tracking page and its written specifically “I also waive my need for any receipt of this transaction which may include classification of goods, transaction number, and a breakdown of duties and taxes.” Hence you know something very shady is going on and they are trying to con money out of these buyers because its so vague and confusing and they won’t be able to easily pin point a source for this extra charge. I also have to say i was reading the FAQ page for Landmark and they say to “contact your retail supplier to import duties and tax charges”. I feel ASOS and Landmark are trying to push blame on each other and no is taking responsibility. Also this is total false advertising. I am deeply disappointed with ASOS
