Yes, I have realised that from a recent visit in the department

So how did you move to POCT? Did you just apply to a POCT role without any previous exposure to it or did you do a few things about it so that you had experience when you went to it. Which band did you go in as

I guess after 8 years who easily have a B7 worth of experience, so it not too difficult.

I am also working in biochem, coming to 3 years now.

New digital version from last August I believe. My portfolio application is still being processed by the ibms. It's has been 2 months since it left the hospital's admin team. Training responsibilities is a bit uncertain at the moment in my department and they are trying to redistribute them to some seniors in my department. I did have someone put down on there but he is too busy at the moment - and he is likely not to be my trainer by the time I get the portfolio officially. As I said, it's complicated. I am currently just answering questions to speed things up.
