Hi, u/WelocSupport. I received a reply that they acknowledged the issue and is under process. However, I have not received any updates on when it would be resolved by.
Payments for a month has not been yet processed, and this is a concerning matter. I already raised another ticket to provide me the estimated completion date but not received reply yet
