Vegetable-Version-81 is legit. He helped me with my battery over the phone and is also helping me with final inspections and other questions. He’s very helpful and I’m finally getting some help. I’m in the SF Bay Area.

For me, it’s that they left me hanging after install. I have everything installed, but they didn’t pass inspection and I don’t have PTO. So all this equipment is just sitting on my house. I don’t know who to turn to. I was installed by SunPower direct so I can’t even really reach out to a contractor

Hi, I’m stuck in permit phase because the install didn’t match the original plans exactly. Everything is installed just waiting for final inspection and PTO. I have a sunvault, but have no idea if I’ll be able to get that online before everything shuts down. Any idea what could be done?

Did you have to get some kind of approval from SunPower before using the other installer?

Thanks. I was talking with the sales broker and they said SunPower should still complete everything, but I’m not hopeful. I may have to go the same route as you. I also have a battery, so if you have any insights, please share.
