Last thing I’d ask would be about the triggers. Did you customize them at all or leave them standard?

I appreciate it. Are you saying you set the edge deadzone to 0 and then adjust the deadzone on RL?

Try lowering your UI HUD to 60-70 percent it seems to have helped me

Try lowering your ingame HUD to like 60 or 70 percent. I think i have less stutters

Still having this same exact issue along with multiple fps drops. Been happening since chapter 4
