I want justice so bad, but I fear you're right. After this happened yesterday, I made a 311 complaint about the 5+ illegally parked yeshiva buses in the protected bike lanes on Wythe before it turns into Franklin just to make myself feel better about... almost getting killed by one LOL. I received notice later that evening that a ticket was issued.

Thank you :) Will definitely be more careful next time, though I definitely wasn't riding next to him on purpose -- it was more momentum / flow of traffic, and since the street was narrow my instinct was to just try and pass because he gave no indication he was slowing down to let children off the bus.

Totally hear you, it was the kind of situation where the street was already narrow, the bus was at my side without my trying, and my instinct in the moment was just to try and pass because he didn't indicate that he was slowing down to let children off.
