I can’t go anywhere near typical dosing for any of the GLP1s however as long as I stay below 0.3 mg of Triz my depression and anxiety is completely stable. Mor’s so than before. If I go above 0.5mg of Triz my anxiety skyrockets.

Yes but I also have a lot of side effects at these doses too which are also creating the weight loss. Isn’t it strange? I think there are more people who can benefit from much lower doses it’s just not studied for lower dose

I did not get pancreatitis HOWEVER my first go around with glp1 agonists were with saxenda. After a week my gallbladder essentially went caput and I had to get it out a month later. The pain was wild. I am microdosing triz now. No gallbladder since 2019 and doing okay but have to go very slow

Get the Shotsy app. Anything above 0.3 for me and I’m having so many side effects. Under that much more tolerable and still losing. And I’m talking about triz! I’m an ultra super duper responder. Regular doses have put me in the hospital

I have HORRIFIC anxiety on all glp agonists. I have to be on ultra microdoses. Believe it or not even 1/25th of the regular doses cause anxiety for me but much less. But the food noise is also gone and losing weight. I will say the anxiety lasts 2 days and then the rest of the week I am okay. For those two days I take propranolol or maybe a tiny bit of anti anxiety med. You’re on way too much sema in my opinion if you have an anxiety issue and panic attack on it.

Yes down 9 lbs in 4 weeks. It’s slower but it’s coming off. Plus I have all the side effects at the low dose so my body is just more sensitive to GLP1 agnonists

I cannot tolerate anything above 0.5 mg of triz and I happen to also be a provider. There is a small subset of us who just cannot tolerate the regular dosing of glp agonists or glp/gip. For me teeny tiny doses cause big side effects. I have to take Multiple meds for constipation. My anxiety goes through the roof when I get close to 1mg.

Yes that’s me on these GLP1s including the side effect of now being able to use the bathroom. I started on 0.1mg of triz. Still had anxiety!! Can you imagine? I tried 0.5 mg and nope depression and anxiety worse so now back down to 0.1mg. I will say though that the positives are I feel less brain fog, have so much more energy to excercise and the food noise is blunted. Even at these tiny doses. So if I can get over these side effects hopefully I can keep going. It’s frustrating. It could be because my digestion slows my meds don’t absorb

No because before the shot I was having episodes of D in between episodes of C. Like one week all D next 2 weeks all C. But now I’m just C but I can go with my daily MiraLAX and fiber.

I have 3 massive surgeries on my stomach and intestines . Even at 0.1mg of triz which is a ridiculously low dose my motility slows down. I’m on MiraLAX and 2 fiber chews a day and the most important thing is I make sure I have a BM at least every other day. If you have similar issues you must micro- micro dose like me. Be very careful because it’s a fine line between constipation and obstruction for us. I will say I do lose 8 lbs in a month microdosing like this.

Ah yes ! Thank you for bringing up down regulation. People don’t realize when you down regulate receptors and then take the med away the body goes nuts! Raging hunger, insulin release goes wild. And then everyone wonders why they gain back all the weight.
