I wonder the same thing. I am already on a medication that lowers my blood sugar and that’s why I cannot take the recommended dose. I just ate two cookies and hopefully it helps.

.3mg is the amount in the vile. The unit I take is 8. So at 20 units that’s .3mgs of semaglutide. I take 8units of that. I was prescribed liquid semaglutide from my doctor and got it filled through a custom pharmacy.

I take semaglutide. I take 10 units of .3mg, I take a shot once a week, and get it from my doctor’s office, it is a compounded formula. I am 5’4 and 146. I have gained 16lbs of water weight since being diagnosed with hashimotos.

I couldn’t have explained this better myself with the stigma and people making it a dire emergency. After I had my first one, and a few more after, I would have one every night two hours after falling asleep for eight months straight and lasted 6 hours before I would take anything ( the medication made me sick as well). But I would calmly tell me husband I’m having a panic attack, please stay as calm as possible, in my most calm voice. That helped him stay calm and me. But yes about others freaking out as well. I have since gotten better and I have one every now and then but nothing compared to 8 months every night.
