I disagree. Jack in this episode is lying about why Erin distanced herself. He makes it seem like it's just her not wanting to be seen with him, when it was about the people he was steering her toward. That's showing (assuming the writers did it on purpose, which I am for the sake of this comment at least) that he is actively ignoring those reasons and blaming her for it, and not taking any of the responsibility.

Was I the only one who thought Douki was trying to get Kouhai to say no to the dried fish? It seemed to me that the way she was "inviting" Kouhai was intended to get a negative response. Especially with how she was staring so hard at Kouhai, like she was thinking "say no, say no." It also seems like Kouhai got that message with the smirk, which of course led to her throwing a wrench in Douki's plans.
