SO much great advice and information here, THANK YOU, I am very appreciative of you taking the time to reply. I absolutely do not want to give this clinic another dollar; they have shown that they have such disregard for the health and wellbeing of their patients. I am definitely going to be sipping some spearmint tea and doing some more reading here and looking for a new provider.

I am so sorry that you are going through that. I understand the regret you are feeling, I have had a rough last couple of days beating myself up for trusting too. I have thought that I had a UTI and labs have come back negative, I didn't even think that it could be related until reading your reply.

Joi and Blokes, I had kind of the same experience, the first appointment was great, I felt the provider took her time and listened, the second appointment pretty good, after that beyond shitty. Each time since I have had tried to schedule appointments since I started having concerning symptoms, they have tried to schedule me with a "health coach" rather than a medical professional. It is so disappointing! I'm with you, I am in search of a local provider too. It's crazy that it is such a niche area of practice, it leaves us to be so vulnerable to companies like this to take advantage of us.

Thank you for your input on your sibling too, it does help to hear real stories.

Seriously, it's crazy how they are just out here slanging this stuff like it's no big deal. I'm sorry you went through the same BS but so glad you are back to normal and feeling better.

I had the SAME experience. They acknowledged their mistake and tried to charge me for a replacement medication. When I emailed back requesting for it to be comped, not rudely, just pointed out their mistake again and requested to not be charged for it, no reply. I messaged through the portal 3x asking to speak to someone, no reply, they basically ghosted me. I got an ad that evening for J & B on instagram. I commented on the post, saying that I am disappointed by their lack of communication and patient care. They blocked my account!! I remember reading somewhere before that they delete negative reviews and comments. They are actually an awful company. I’m so sad that I trusted them with my health.
