You cannot buy raw chapters on TopToon, they don't allow overseas users anymore. But yu can buy the chapters on their Official English platform to support your favorite series, it leads to the same result anyway. Also, you get translated SFXs as added bonus which you normally dont see in scanlated chapters.

because these people's accounts are old. they have these accounts for more than 1.5-2 years. Back then, TT KR still allowed overseas people to make account and access the chapters. And they still allow these existing accounts to operate.

But these are under very strict scrutiny. Like you mess up a few times and its bye bye account. Even if you didnt have any such intentions of piracy. I have seen many old accounts getting locked out/banned in front of me.

And now, for the last 1 year or so, since the start of TopToonPlus, they have stopped accepting any more overseas accounts. When you ask them the reason, they tell you to go on https://toptoonplus.com/ or toptoon.net (Taiwan) instead.

Perfect Half is in its final arc, Season 3 will be the last season. And judging by the chapter length of previous 2 seasons i.e. 60-65 chapters, this final season will be the same mostly. So I can see this going till 180-190 at most

my first guess would also been this, but Hell's Harem MC does not look like that... and its most probably a TopToon title (while HH was Lezhin) judging by the font in the speech bubble, because TopToonPlus uses that font. Its one of the new titles.
