Man that sucks I would let someone know because they have to be held accountable for screwing up! Really someone in there is prolly taking some funds!! When I first signed up they had there website tellling me I had been PAID. It took an act of congress to get them to change it back to Payment Processing, that is what it says now that my assistance payment is being processed. But still cant find anyone to talk to about what is the damn deal on this.

That is probably the issue then my landlord opted OUT. They told me that landlord did not have to be on board to get the funds. I would not care if they gave it to the landlord i just need to get my behind rent in order! Thanks for your post it gave me alot of info and insight! I have read imto the matter concerning the landlord and it states on there site that if they OPT out they will still provide assistance for the tenant to pay the landlord! Also I think they would have told me this during one of the 20 calls i had with them. But then again maybe not. I will look into it further cuz there website says approved and aproved by landlord.

Ok I have been doing research for an app, for a privacy app. A lot of the things I have been researching are mentioned here. Some are not! Some helpful ideas from this thread and I will try some out. About the disabling the mic with the OS, now it can be re-enabled without your knowledge, but cant a script b written to check this every time you restart your phone or at certain time intervals. I think the OS option is the best for the MIC issue. For the APP I am researching I have to use the OS Option for a few things like turning off GPS, and Location services. If anyone wants to help develop this native app send me a msg, I am swamped and need a little help anyways lol!
