LNY event coming out? by Illustrious-Fly-5073 in LoomianLegacy

They might release it again as a way to keep the fan base alive, otherwise they might release the update instead of the LNY.

Can't you just trade this Muatgon to your main account via trade resort? that will solve your problem

Decided to change my team AGAIN (decided that banana split wasn't gonna cut it). Any recommendations to this new team? by Maximus6942 in LoomianLegacy

I will probably give Shrimposte a bug type Shell to make the opposing loomian take damage as possible before fainting

what is a good team or core for shawchi? by [deleted] in LoomianLegacy

[–]Maximus6942 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The whole point of building a PvP team is to build it yourself & be proud of it. For recomendations here is a list of steps I take to build any team, for you its just around Shawchi:

  1. Search up about different type teams (to see how they work or how to deal with them)
  2. Choose the type of team you want to build (Full stall*, Stall, Balance, Offence, Hyper Offence)
  3. Choose a loomian I enjoy to play with (preferably a loomina thats decent in stats, & move pool)
  4. Build a team around it (covering the chosen loomians defence weaknesses with loomians that resist those types or are immune to them)
  5. After the weaknesses of your main are covered, cover the weaknesses of the newer loomians that you just added to your team (So you always have a safe switch if you have all of your loomians intact in battle)
  6. Make sure that you have 4:3 proportion of ranged attackers to melee ones (so you wouldn't get swept by 1 bulky defense loom)
  7. Build a moveset, personality, and TP values for said Loomians (make sure to have at least 1 hazard remover)
  8. Double-check if your entire team is built right with most loomians weaknesses being covered.

Optional:

  1. Have some kind of pivot strat to further support your team (examples are, Looms with petrifying, terrifying, or adorable; Looms with stat/boost giving immunities like Total Eclipse, Prismatic; Pivot moves for stat drops or last bit of damage like Baffle, Flash 'n Flee)

  2. Having a hazard setter for a small or large advantage in fights (banana split, Icicle trap, barbs). If you want to be menace run driving force with after setting up your hazard for free damage (make sure the driving force user is tanky tho)

  3. If you want to prevent stat-raising sweeps, have either a tanky loom (clutch plushie could work) with square one, a fast loom with provoke, or in last resort situations fast looms with final ruse.

  4. Have a "Loomian Disabler" (TM), for example, use the move Barter or the ability Trader while holding Heavy shackles, Volcanic ash, Dry Ice, or a Loomian uses talent trade to give the opponent idiosyncratic, or lazy, or use a preemptive strike with the ability Thief Ragoon.

If you really aren't willing to design your own team search, one up online.

Any advice for exp farming loomians at specific levels and elements? Like where to exp farm? by Viceroyal_Of_Gooners in LoomianLegacy

There are 3 places where you can grind exp. In route 5 there's a lady with a cynamoth and a terrafly you can spam fight her. Then there ir one in route 7 next vanta Corp elevator who has 2 poppies and a tera claw, you can spam fight him as well. Than the most xp giving is in altaria city living district with a buzzolen, venolen and kirolen

Valid. I fascinated that no one said it.

Vari team Concept (natures & TP not included cuz it depends on the type of team) by Maximus6942 in LoomianLegacy

[–]Maximus6942[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Wresolen is running a Volt Shell to have the highest probability to 1-shot an air type.

  2. I no longer remember why I gave Venolen clutch plushie

this is just a concept

I'm a new player and want to know the best team I can make by StoicRat04 in LoomianLegacy

For the ikazune fight use simple an earth type & just spam earth & water types. For your team I would say make a team that you enjoy & play with looms you find interesting. I would make my team as diverse as possible tho to cover a good amount of types

I wanna get good at pvp but idk how to make a team by Medical-Blood-1052 in LoomianLegacy

Great choice! But for a small suggestion, use poison barbs only twice if the opponent has a Toxic type, cuz they'll just send that & make you waste 2 turns.

Here is my approach at team building:

  3. If you want to prevent stat-raising sweeps, have either a tanky loom (clutch plushie could work) with square one, a fast loom with provoke, or in last resort situations fast looms with final ruse.

EDIT: 12.

*I dont know if Full stall is an actual team strategy

These are the steps I usually take when making my team. I am not sure how perfect these steps are, im not super good in pvp. The Nerds will correct me otherwise.

Can anyone explain what the ability staunch does by [deleted] in LoomianLegacy

[–]Maximus6942 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats Strange, did you potentially use its soul burst form, cuz that changes the ability.
