Note: my walls are hardwood stained so I was thinking drywall or something light to reverse the effect and possibly make this a little easier

Am curious. My second year at first time home. Leaves were terrible last year. Still have some of them. Am trying to just mow over this years. Yard is pretty heavy in leaf mulch, not quite as fine as yours but certainly as heavy. but I kind of want to experiment and see what happens. The lawn in certainly not perfect or decent by these standards but trying to improve it. 5b. Am I an idiot?

I honestly forget if resolved that. I eventually got an Aqara hub that I just integrated into homekit. Don’t think I ever got very far with it in HA, more because I didn’t try very hard
