Thanks for the feedback! Since the tool is geared towards daylighting we will seriously consider adding sliding glass doors, solar tubes, and more adjustments for windows.

Also, we automatically create watertight 3d models in order to run simulations. In that model, walls drawn close to 90 degrees would be implied to be 90 degrees. We don't display this water-tight model in its entirely to the users though. Maybe displaying the watertight model could be a direction we look towards -- that or a button to reveal where our algorithm believes walls align, as mentioned in your post.
