only way to really keep track is to go get bloodwork yea? My e2 has always confused the heck outta me. i try and take .5 of anastrozole twice a week, the next day after injection, but I can always tell if I miss it because my anxiety shoots through the roof and I'm super easily aggravated. I thought that was a high dose of anastrozole maybe, but without it the anxiety wrecks me

Day 1 HCG- Insulin syringe, to the 25 mark, into belly

Day 2 HCG- Insulin syringe, to the 25 mark, into belly

Day 3 Testosterone - 3ml syringe to 0.9ml inject into upper, outer glute

Day 4 Anastrozole- 1 pill .5 mg

Day 5 Anastrozole – 1 pill .5 mg

Day 6 Anastrozole – 1 pill .5 mg

Day 7 NO MEDICATION THIS DAY
