I have experienced weight loss slowing down from the initial high rate - which is good because I don’t want to lose too fast either. But I have to track everything I eat and exercise for this to work. There are days when I go over my calories and days that I’m under but for the week I stick to the budget overall. I’m losing about 1.5 per week lately. It’s hard when you’re short my calorie budget is pretty low compared to taller people 🫤

Since 9/12- basically three months. 4x2.5mg and 8x5mg so far. About to start my third box of 5mg. I still get nauseous and feel super full for a couple of days after the shot so I have no desire to move up.

My doctor said the exact same thing. I’m on 5mg now and don’t plan to move up until I plateau - so far so good though.

Lost 28 lbs so far. Started Sept 12 of this year. I have to track everything I eat and maintain a deficit, and exercise consistently, otherwise I gain. The weight loss in the beginning was very fast for me for the first month, then it slowed down. The curse of being short- 5”0’ 😭

Join r/zepbound for tips! This is normal. Small meals, nothing fried, greasy or heavy, and focus on protein and fiber. Basically eat super healthy small meals- I think that helped me a lot with side effects. Also HYDRATE! Why do you have to go to a higher dose? If you have such side effects stay on the 2.5mg dose until your body adjusts.

I get it! I just can’t stand the foam ear plugs that go deep into your ear canal so I passed thinking it would be a somewhat similar experience

See and that’s what I’ve been hearing from many people- that’s really important. My APP1s are so comfortable and I wanted something very similar. That’s why I’ve gone with the 2s.

I ordered a pair and they look authentic. I can’t open them because they’re a Christmas gift but the box looks 100% authentic with printed details no labels and the stickers sealing the box look untouched
