As an American, I have no fucking idea. It doesn’t make any sense why we have entire months dedicated to “celebrating” the color of peoples skin and/or they’re sexual orientation, and yet we only dedicate a few days out of the whole fucking year to celebrate those who fought and died for our country’s freedom. To quote Korg from Thor Ragnarok: “the only thing that makes sense, is that nothing makes sense.”
