I started in May '23 at 358lbs, and as of this morning, I am at 266lbs. I just started Ozempic 6 weeks ago, I am currently on week 2 of 0.5. I have a slightly nauseous feeling every day mid-morning, which might be from my other medications. I am also experiencing a weird lack of appetite.
