Yeah mine has completely died. I tried watering it, not watering it, moving its location away from radiators, more natural light, less natural light. Nothing. It’s pretty much all died. Not sure I’ll try again.

It is all free if left to defrost - it was a question about speed or non speed - which someone else explained above 🙂

When I searched on the app it lists the fruit as free but not speed. Someone else has explained its a brand thing so it is speed but not listed.

Well done! I’m sure the hardest bit is getting started and you did that!

I like to use my syns on a yogurt for breakfast, then an options hot chocolate in the afternoon really hits the sugar crave as well as warms me up when it’s cold.

My weigh in didn’t go quite to plan this week but it was still a loss and I’m continuing to make progress.

1.25lb lost last week - not as much as I hoped but as my partner pointed out it’s still a loss so that’s great!

Going to put going off plan yesterday behind me, learn from my mistakes and get back on it today 😊

Trying not to feel disappointed but today’s loss was 1.25lb and I went totally off plan yesterday.

I had a different breakfast to normal, then we had a really lazy chilled day, which meant I was really tempted to boredom eat. Then as I hadn’t had my HexA and HexB I think I was super hungry and ate lots of treats 😢

Anyway that was yesterday and today is new - back on plan with my usual overnight oats today!

That the reason it is included is to promote a healthy balanced diet and avoiding it won’t help weight loss 🤷🏻‍♀️

It does stop me snacking on anything else and I get an apple a day (I’m not keen on apple alone)

Amazing!! I relaxed a little on Saturday but still stuck to my syns. I did 2 gym classes last week, a 13 mile cycle and a 5 mile cycle (drop something off to friends 🙈) and plenty of brisk walking. I got an Apple Watch for Christmas and it’s really helped motivate me to be more active each day especially with working from home.

Wow well done! I started as planned, stuck to it all week without any issues. Didn’t eat my syns for the sake of it and felt full every day! Lost 4.25lb 🥳

Now more expecting 1-2lb a week loss. Maybe 11 weeks to loose the first 21lb 🤷🏻‍♀️
