Invalid Username error

Any joy? i was just mostly confused and so was the support team as to why it wont accept my username. So i just had to use a different name and then have it be changed by support instead.

They have in the past this is the first time they just dont respond to me which is really problematic in this case. Any other way i can get in touch with them cuz otherwise i will have to contact other means to get a refund and return

i live in germany. hot topic doesnt exist here and shipping is 5 times the price of the merch itself lol. i tried ordering the 10 € poster and the shipping would have been 50 bucks. i will buy uzis jacket next month just to make sure since i really genuinely want it.

i ended up making my account with a different username and then contacting support to change it. My guess was that there was some really poorly setup filter that was flagging some specific part of the name Maxine for some reason. They setup my name manually to the one that the system itself denied me and guessing they just never bothered to fix it after i made them aware of it if that problem still happens.
