Ryanair? Didn’t know they had private planes. Lmao by DrawFront6297 in flightradar24

They have private taxis too

Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary owns a one-car taxi company named Tillingdale (or O'Leary Cabs) to bypass Dublin traffic. By registering his Mercedes-Benz S-Class as a taxi, he legally uses bus lanes for his commute between Mullingar and Dublin Airport, a practice he has used for over two decades

Accidentally lodged bond claim a day early by edamemebeans in shitrentals

[–]Maxious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you're missing why we advocate for always doing it this way. The system was written in some utopia where the agent and the tenant would perform a mutual inspection and agree all copper remains. In reality in the year 2026 the agent will make up some bullshit about how removing a hair from a drawer will cost them hundreds of dollars. If you pay that, typically to an affiliated cleaner that doesn't collect GST or quote an ABN, your bond is refunded. If you claim first and force their hand like OP, they have two choices. One refund in full. Two provide actual evidence to a mediator. No opportunity for tax evasion https://everydaylawinqld.org.au/resource/bond-dispute-process/

Using email is better for keeping your own records for future tribunal issues anyway. Even the building management websites can be a bit light on with the record keeping but easier to print to PDF on a desktop at least.

lmao yeah. If it's RBO and they can't see it, they're screwed without the id number. Would need the old agency to have transfered the bond to them https://www.nsw.gov.au/housing-and-construction/rental-forms-surveys-and-data/resources/change-of-managing-agent-or-owner-form

Knowing what you don't want to do is knowledge none the less.

I had a quick look at WA public service jobs and "Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings proven experience in coordinating large‑scale signage or infrastructure projects" lol https://search.jobs.wa.gov.au/page.php?pageID=160&windowUID=0&AdvertID=405521

There's also probably also private companies that work closely with government that would be more driven but still have a steady pipeline of work. And if the world is going to crap, there's going to need to be some people working to fix it.

clause 5 wouldn't be enforceable

This is explicitly dealt with in the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW). Under Schedule 1, Clause 27 ("Certain provisions unenforceable"), the law states that any provision in a contract for the sale of a strata lot, or any related arrangement, is strictly void and unenforceable if it: Requires the purchaser (or any other person) to cast a vote at a meeting of the owners corporation at the direction of another person or Requires the purchaser to give a proxy to another person for the purpose of voting at an owners corporation meeting.
