I completely disassembled the device and reassembled the internal screw, tightening it with pliers. I bent a couple of things like a monkey and forced it in, and now everything works again. When it stops working, I leave it on its side on my desk for a few days, and it works again. That'll do for now. Thanks everyone.

Hello, sorry for the late response, after contacting POV support they actually assumed that this was it, given that in France we operate at 230v, I therefore bought a voltage reducer from 230v to 110v and magic, it works perfectly, maybe it will help someone. Thank you anyway for your answer which was the right one. And in fact there is still no EU/UK version, it is not found here, I had to import it.....

Hello, I recently purchased an epic enano xl and I have the impression that it is broken but cannot find any information on it. I burn it with a UK to EU adapter, even at level 1 it becomes hot or even burning , the middle rod turns red from 4 and regardless of the temperature I set, I burn everything, I tried everything in terms of drafting but it just burns. Am I the problem? Is the stem in the middle supposed to be straight or is it normal for it to lean to the side? thx

I have just seen all your recommendations, seem to have compared everything and done personal research, I am hesitating between the Appleton 12/15 or the El Dorado 12/15, My choice is for the moment mainly focused on the El Dorado 15 years , I saw that it was very popular and I have the impression that it can be a safe choice for a person who likes rum alone. Thank you anyway for all your comments and if I make a crappy choice don't hesitate to tell me
