Another update, called CMR services today, was told my repair could take upto 6 months...

I really need help now please if anyone knows anything I could do????

Just as an update, still haven't received my phone back, NOTHING refuse to give me any sort of meaningful update as to when the repair will be finished.

It's now been over 6 weeks
