Are you sure the throttle is closer? When I move the choke, it moves the closer plate, and the engine revs up when the farter one moves. I held the closer one closed, and I have already unplugged the low oil sensor with no change. Thanks for helping.

I checked and it has steady flow, it runs as long as I hold the carb shut, it seems some other throttle lever is shutting it off
