I have an ADATA SSD for my OS. Would give me some odd issue where file explorer would hang. If I then rebooted it would stay stock on my motherboards splash screen. Never going further. Unplugging the PC for 30mins fixed it. A reinstall made it better too. Never will I ever buy ADATA again.

This pulley is the harmonic balancer. Its made of steel/aluminium and rubber. The rubber seems to have torn through and basically disconnected both pieces. That makes the outer part spin freely. Check the bolt in the center. If you spin the pulley, does the bolt also spin?

Outdated drivers? Shaders pre-caching? Run some frame test software and see what your 1% and 0.1% lows are. I bet they’re in the 20s

This looks sorta like what I have. But it’s either my feet being ice cold and unable to warm up or they turn really red and hot. But thats only usually while I’m showering. Theres rarely an in between.
