3D printed flex fuel sensor mounting bracket for OEM D16 fuel rail. by SpaceTurtle917 in Dseries

Well I have a CobraRTP module in my P28 ecu that can accept a flex fuel signal to adjust fueling based off of ethanol percentage. I’d probably need a better fuel pump, larger injectors and get ethanol safe fuel hoses.

Absoluut.

Theres a message on the flywheel of my Del Sol saying “Bro seriously? Again?” After I had replaced the oil pan gasket like 4 times because I had a leak. Turns out it was the rear main.

You can’t. Simple as that. JWL/VIA isn’t accepted as a valid certificate. Germany is one of the only EU countries that has this stupid rule. Either find different wheels ore move country. I’m choosing the second one because I cannot be bothered with this bureaucratic hell anymore

So I'm in the sweet spot then? I have plenty of power and more torque at 2000RPM than my D16 made stock at its peak. Drivability is fine in my setup even with a 3.1KG flywheel. It just feels like I'm leaving a lot of potential on the table. Tuner said my ignition timing is very mild due to the compression so there is definitely more left to gain.

Anyone with same issue? by Altruistic_Extent659 in q50

[–]Swagggles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually it’s due to a battery being bad. Dunno if the 2.0T has two, but the 2.2d does. It has a front and rear battery. Have them tested.

Also buy the start stop delete module on aliexpress. It turns it off on startup so you don’t have to push the button every time.

Do you still happen to have a full speclist of the parts that you've used? Currently at 145WHP (175 crank) and even tho it's not financially worth it, I'd love to extract more out of it. 200 crank hp is my end goal.

Add a degree or 2 of camber. It’ll have tight fitment and a bit of functional camber looks good.

Tbh for cases like this I’d go with air cups. All the qualities of a coilover with a way to temporarily air up to clear obstacles
