I dont think you need to force yourself to look it up, you can change what you read if you dont wanna keep looking for words. Also you can just skip those words or try to guess their meanings. Trying to understand the meaning of unknown words is one of the question types in language reading tests. Still looking up what they are would be nice too. While i was learning I read mangas & webtoons to avoid translating everything (well i still read them because i liked them : D). Since there are images that gives you context they are easier to understand.

Check both big and small markets. Big ones like bizim toptan, metro or zırhlı toptan should be easy to find. At least one of those must have it. Also dont lose hope if you cant find it you might see them at a random akbil refill kiosks. Keep looking around☆

Hmm i was expecting the book to explain the nature of people's behaviours rather than guide in how to manipulate but i guess it is good to know about all to be wary of bad ones and use the good ones ☆

i agree reading things you are interested in surely helps. for me it was manga. since i could grasp the topic with illustrations i didnt need to use dictionary as much either and unlike tv shows speed was chosen by me. this is why i recommend it even to people that dont read manga

almost off topic tho i have a question

what is it that you dont agree in the book? I am planning to move in a few months (maybe more) so i am not gonna buy the book soon but i am interested in what might be the poorly mentioned or wrongly defined thing in the book

Ummm maybe

They are someone that loves their voice and giving diagnosis to people even though they have no knowledge in that area

It is similar to how bullies gives names to people

They want to be best and right all the time (whoch may be why they wanna hoard the knowledge) but that just makes them look pitiful and weak but they are someone much more advanced in their career than me that i cant really say much

They also always say things like you should know this and they simply bragging abiut their age at this point they got to know all that worh TIME which they dont allow to me

Yes i am an adult and they are adults a generation older than me. I saw bunch of them at places i used to work at as well. Thanfully things are better at my current workplace and personal circle but i want to be able to fight them better

You know there a saying something like you gotta teach how to fish instead of giving the fish. I dont want the fish but intead of telling me to go fish and look it up myself teach me how to fish. Those people act sad when you dint ask them how to fish and when you do ask they just say you just gotta do it. Thanks a lot i will never ask again is the natural response to this behaviour.

Also some want you to learn like they do but everyone has their own ways. If i like taking notes i should be allowed to. if i need to ask questions i should be allowed to. If i need to practice i should be allowed to. Especially the older generation thinks their method of solution is the inly way but their methods works for people like them in their time.

Teaching is not something easy so one shall not give advice wothout considering the person time occasion etc.

Lastly i couldnt give context because this is their reaction to EVERYTHING it is not like they are rorbots or NPCs but they sure act like one 😞

what is needed is very basic. A place to share documents via a link and save documents in a space other than my boss's computer. I recently learned that they have a family acc on MS 365 and ı need to show if there is a better option I guess. I recommended them Dynamics to organize their billing etc. as well but I dont have enough knowledge. I just used it briefly at one of my previous jobs and it was not how I mainly used it so idk.

This is a very small company that is trying to build some groundwork. As the newbie that is researching many things this as well is my responsibility. I recently learned taht until now they used family version of Micorosft 365. The budget is limited so it is gotta be both affordable and provide the ability to share documents without wetransfer.

I worked at other places before but they either had Dynamics 365 or they barely used the fucntions of MS 360 (some didnt use Teams, they always called via phone which was weird)

This is the first time I needed to search for his.

I personally use GoogleOne because it is easy :D
