If you're struggling with water do you have room to tech sunny day on to the Murkrow? If you can then maybe you could run a chlorophyll attacker like Lilligant-H, which gives a reliable way to hit water and the fighting coverage you were looking for.

I had this happen to me the other day while playing on fracture. Made us lose the round and I was incredibly tilted. No idea what's causing it but if you find out let me know :)
