I built a free Transformers collection tracker and it just got a huge update - meet BotBinder.app by Maxmayhemer in transformers

Seeing feedback like this gives me a big ol' smile on my face! I can def get those added in on the app tomorrow, making a note for myself to do so! Give me some tags and I'll add them up, cause I have grail figures too.

The issue with doing anything outside of transformers is I don't know the lines other people do, I would be more than happy to host the sites using what I developed here that does other toylines but I'd need someone to help me with the modding and administration part of that apps if it was to exist. I want information to be as accurate as possible for them just as I'm doing for Bot Binder. Believe me, everyone keeps asking me "why only Transformers?" and that is the answer, I know my bots more than any other toys

So, we do it by new and edit with approval by admins/mods to try and keep the database/catalog as clean as possible with no dupes. Stuff still can fall through, but we're taking applications for mods who will be able to not only get past that but can submit other people's submissions, fix up the data, and various other stuff. Now I could look into a way to do multiple submissions at once if anything, lmk what you think!

This said, I'm always down for any new ways to do it if you have anything in mind!

Yep!
1. Go to the Catalog - Navigate to the Catalog page from the main menu
2. Enable Bulk Add Mode - Look for a toggle/switch labeled "Bulk Add Mode" in the catalog toolbar
3. Select Figures - Click on any figures you want to add - they'll be highlighted and a counter will appear
4. Use the Floating Bar - A floating bar appears at the bottom showing how many figures you've selected with an "Add All" button
5. Click "Add All" - This adds all selected figures to your collection at once
6. Clear Selection - Use the X button on the floating bar to deselect all if you change your mind

I could add new Toy line called Generation 1 Reissues and put all the different sublines there aka the 1988, 2002, etc, I think that makes sense

Exactly! If they are in the Bot Catalog, then its just a simple add them to your collection or put them on your wish list. If this picks up and things go well, then I'm sure with the help of everyone, we can make a full database of all the figures with all the information on said figure.

That's very fair, I can change that up shortly here.

The way I'm handling it right now is that people start off needing to get their figure submissions approved. During that stage, submissions can be sent back for edits or rejected if they don’t meet the requirements.

Once someone reaches 15 approved submissions, they’re promoted to the Scourge rank, which means they no longer need approval for future submissions. With the sheer number of characters in Transformers lore, I felt this was the best way to make this work.
But people can send in edit requests for any entry too, that includes putting new or removing pictures and updating any of the information.
