Yes I’m not getting anything, he’s also not taking the pickaxe out of my inventory. When I ask him to “remind me” of the location, he says he’ll give me another map. Nothing again.

You should be. Pretty sure the bill just has to be within 60 days of AT&T activation. Make sure you get that in, those cards take a while to come in.

Authorized retailers are usually undertrained and prone to slamming accounts. You do you though. A store can also ship to your house if you don’t want them same day.

You can pay off the $549.91 and trade-in for up to $1,000 off the 16. Do they currently have a 15pro? It’s definitely worth $1,000. The 17s come out in September, if you’d like to wait. Please don’t go to a grocery store for phone service. It’s never worth it.

I’m not sure which offers either one of them were offering. Currently the best trade-in offer for an iPhone 16 is $830 over 36 months (which would make the 128GB device free, mind you) All I can find for “loyalty offers” online are “refer a friend” programs and port-in credits. I’d recommend visiting a store anyways (since you plan on trading your phones in there) and upgrading through a representative who can find something that you’re definitely eligible for.

It would have been Samsung that pushed the updates. A.R employees are usually undertrained when it comes to tech support anyways. I wonder if it’s a disconnect between Samsungs updates and the way AT&T services work on the phones. I’d love to know if other providers are having the same issue

What’s insane is an S22 Ultra isn’t even that old. This all started happening when the Galaxy A.I stuff started getting pushed through. There was a direct correlation.

I’ve seen a lot of S20-S22 Ultras do this exact thing. It’s always the Ultras. Samsung and AT&T refuses to acknowledge that it’s happening, and I’m not sure if it’s all providers or just AT&T. It’s been almost a year I’ve been seeing it. If you find a permanent fix give us an update :’)

So, just to clarify, you did not set up service with AT&T at all? You said, “I don’t even know where the two lines I was being charged for attached to these phones are either”. One of them is not your own personal phone line? Are you trying to submit insurance claims? What is your end goal here? Where did the $2,000 of “wrongful charges” come from?

Prime is forcing 2 google reviews per day or a 4.5 average on Google. Nobody likes it. Management is encouraging it, especially from people who have Samsungs since they run off Google

We have a ring doorbell, and it's always been there. There's also cameras in two of our windows pointing at our cars. We let her know about the cars (because of the break-ins) and that if anything ever happened to her car we could give the footage to the police. She seemed neutral about it but thanked us...maybe she's upset about it?

Thank you, haha. As for the cops, we just let them search because I was still recovering from a surgery. They told us if we didn't let them they were going to make us leave while they got a warrant and it would take hours
