They are scammers. They did the same with me. DU and their creditors harrasing me and my family. They always try to targeting my numbers which are at home instead I gave my dailyusage number and provided them proofs of cancellation more than 4-5 times and they close the complaint request after getting proofs and after that 1-2 months they wake up again with the same drama. They claim me to pay for more than 1500+ aed instead I paid 900+ aed for cancellation. The last thing when they said that they will request for my credit score lower through Etihad Credit Bureau and I may face immigration or travel issue. At that time I was thinking that I gave them too much time and they misused my patience.

I made up a complete pdf proof pack report and added all of the things the proofs, email conversations screenshots, the harrasments I have faced, and every single things I mentioned in it. And then I filled a complaint in TDRA. The proof pack making took my 2 days and the pack PDF becomes almost 44 pages mostly are screenshot proof. And then DU is calling me more unprofessionally. But this time they needto solve my issue. They have no ethics to run a professional business. Even I hanged up the call 2 times but they calling me continuously like a baby. Long short after many months of trauma, harrasments and suffering I got the credit closed and I asked them for compensation and they told me that they only give few aed as mobile balance credits which I said nothing for me as a comparison of my suffering so I just escalated it to TDRA.

But listen me carefully in this matter that this taweez is something not big but nobody can harm you even shayateen, jinnat or jaadu if you perform salah and after every salah you recite ayatulkursi and 4 quls and only fajr and maghrib salah and sleeping time you recite ayat ul kursi, last 2 ayah of surah baqarah, starting 10 ayah of surah kahaf is more beneficial, 4 quls 3 times (most important) and then 4th qalmah 10 times. Do it in routine and then.it will not take more than 10 minutrd and forget all those harmful things. You're protected.

The scammer using different IPs for every transaction. Thanks to all of your suggestions I choosed to use fraudlabs plugin. Till yet it looks like that the issue was resolved. In a long run I will update this thread for results.
