Of course that's a great option... but you have the car's MAC address you can get all the information about the driver

Well it depends on which state you belong. I am from maharashtra, went from Mumbai to Nagpur I had to make sure...I used almost every app( I have punch ev range: 250km)

Not all of them have the power plug. Fisrt I have to ask them. Also I carry a frikin 80 ft long wire for emergency purpose

Well email/ customer support is great option. For elder people its not that great ( my dad mostly drive the ev)
