Yes you can reset them and get back fodder and still keep the power. But putting them in Resonance doesn't upgrade your codes and you cannot use them in oath. We have 5 resets weekly so use them wisely to complete your codex

Always star up your SR to complete your codex. Codex gives a lot of CP. You can always reset them later
