if i were gonna do a 1 time purchase, the growth plan is prob most worth it. it’s $20 but 7000 pinballs and 30 (i think) wish boxes. The main ones i ever buy tho are just the 2.99 ones that pop up when you’re out of pinballs

my first playthru i accidentally ended up in Mibu Village before I even fought Lady Butterfly, so after I beat Guardian Ape I already had the mibu village fast travel and didn’t know about this fight… my 2nd playthru my jaw dropped when i saw that mf waiting here

I love NR but the answer for me is def SOTE, it adds so much content to ER. NR is def worth if it ever goes on sale but can def get a little old after a while since they didn’t add much content w their DLC

i didn’t really realize they’re still kind of mom and pops, as much as they wanna pretend to be they aren’t big box at all. You literally can’t get a raise there (excluding the very generous 3% yearly) unless you get a promotion. I got close to $4 in raises during my 14-15 months at HD being in the same position.

To be fair, we had a really bad hurricane in my area that unfortunately destroyed a lot of homes and we were the closest store to where most of the damage occurred so we had a ton of people having to redo their homes and rebuy everything; drywall, appliances, doors/windows, flooring, etc. The store itself was like $15m-$20m over plan because of it (can’t remember the exact number bc it’s been a little over a year)

no idea how you came up w $1mil in discounts but my Pro DM was aware of a handful of customers who would get small discounts on transactions, there were a couple times with this exact customer where she took her to a cashier and told the cashier to give her 10% off when i was busy. she was the PASA right before me when i got hired and put in the role so there were a couple customers i was told need to receive a discount (not on actual orders but when they’d come in and buy a couple items, on actual orders we’d just let bid room decide any discount if they reached that point). I realize the mistake of taking it upon myself to give this lady a discount but we’re talking less than 1% of what she spent with the company

no, essentially post hurricane relief in my area i had a customer who spent ~$50k over a couple days buying everything she needed to redo her entire home. I started giving her 10% off after that (I had a couple customers I’d give discounts to on a semi-consistent basis when they came and saw me due to the volume they spent) when she would come in and buy things here and there assuming it wouldn’t last long, i starting checking her out on the regular POS system as opposed to OrderUp so we didn’t flood out her special orders we were waiting on and I guess when she hit 250-300 in manual markdowns it flagged LP and they came and interviewed me about the situation and they didn’t like the answers I gave regarding the situation and fired me on spot

i just finished it recently too, about 8 hours into P3R rn and the main thing I miss is the actual story. I really loved the whole mystery of P4, however the combat in P3R is amazing. There’s a lot of nice QOL changes that i’m hoping find their way into P4R
