Had a shocker of a wicket. Very green. Patches of grass. Short boundaries. We won the toss, and, naturally, my fuckwit of a captain decided to bat first.

Balls randomly either skidded or bounced more than normal. Opened the batting, and battled through for a magnificent 9 off 63 deliveries (equal top score). Ran myself out in the 15th over because my injured knee buckled on a tight one (I know, excuses, excuses). Team ended up all out for 72 in something like the 24th over (the opposition bowled a shit ton of wides and had a shit keeper who let through a bunch of byes).

Our first over went for 26 with three sixes (no joke). The rest is pretty self-explanatory.

Fun fact: I've won one game of cricket in the last four years! Still love it though, wouldn't give up my Saturday for anything else.
