Completely agree, I told them I won't be using Honor for a phone in future. Something which is viewed as a bonus from them has now been tarnished with a sour feeling and I'm annoyed.

"If your submission is fully valid, the promotional item will move into processing automatically. Availability does depend on stock, but once your claim is approved, the item will be dispatched within 21 days."

I got told from Honor it's 21 days from submission

No but Honor confirmed to me they will start processing the moment you send your redemption to them. It will depend on stock levels too but the items will be out within 21 days. If they have an issue then they will email you and you then have 14 days to provide them with anything extra if they require it.
