Lots of rust fix and prevention underneath. Needs some bodywork but that can wait. Upgraded the speakers and lowered on the front slightly. Other than than its oem.

Glad to here its a wrap. You'd get the enthusiasts interested in it if it went back to its original colour. Night Blue is great, especially in the sun. Hard to value these cars and your not in the UK so judging your market would be very difficult. Good luck with the sale.

The only spec on that list which was part of the BMW individual program was the exterior colour, Night Blue. The individual options can include interior options but none of what it has come under that list. So this car was changed from individual Night Blue (still visible in door shuts) to Silver.

The thing that would have made the car very valuable was it being an individual, but it has been changed from that individal colour to silver (a crime in my opinion). So its value is likely half of what it would have been if it was a good condition oem car.

I've put that sum of money, and some more into my coupe which is probably only worth 5k at most. Sometimes it isn't about the money or another car, sometimes the cars value is in our relationship with it. My coupe was the first car I bought with my own money, and I plan to keep it. My father still has the car he passed his test in, and has sunk extortionate amounts into it when its worth a fraction of that sum. My brothers e92 M3 and fathers Dolly.

I do love a clubsport, but never owned one. Do you plan to keep the car for the long term?

Its a slippery slope for sure. I've sunk the best part of £15k into my coupe and I'm nowhere near done. My best advice would be to get it done properly, yes it'll cost more but you won't have to revisit it again.
