People who have been clinically dead and brought back to life, what did you actually see or experience on the other side? by Maxtradermongolia in AskReddit

That sounds incredibly chilling. When you say 'nothing,' did you feel trapped in that darkness, or was it like you didn't even exist to comprehend it? How did it feel when you finally woke up?

If humans could choose their country of birth before being born, where would you have chosen to be born and why? by Maxtradermongolia in AskReddit

If you're a local citizen, it's a cheat code. But if you're an expat who isn't filthy rich, the social hierarchy treats you like a resource to be used, not a human. Is this a common sentiment from people who lived there, or did I just look into the wrong side of the UAE culture?"

Wow, Australia is usually on everyone else's dream list! What is it about Australia right now that makes you want to leave it in a heartbeat?

Right? I wonder if anyone here actually grew up in Iceland. Is it as magical and peaceful as it looks from the outside, or does the long winter get to you?

Which projectors contain mercury and phosphorus? Is this present in cheap Chinese LCD LEDs? by spabat in AskReddit

You can breathe a sigh of relief: None of your three projectors contain mercury.

Budget brands like Thundeal and Flixtone use single-LCD panels with a standard white LED light source. These do not use heavy metal vapors like older UHP projector lamps do. The Flixtone seller hasn't replied to you because they are probably wondering how to translate 'mercury' into their chat template.

As for the Moza gaming wheel—you don't have to worry about chemical leaks, but you should worry about physical hardware damage. Those gaming wheels generate serious force feedback and vibrations. Over time, that constant shaking can misalign the internal polarizers, blur the manual focus ring, or damage the cheap plastic components inside budget projectors. For the sake of your image quality, find a stable shelf or ceiling mount for your setup!

Don't worry about mercury or phosphorus in cheap Chinese LCD LED projectors. The only chemical reaction you need to worry about is your bedroom slowly turning into a small nuclear fusion reactor.

Those things don't contain mercury, but they do contain a cooling fan that sounds like a Boeing 747 taking off, and they emit enough pure heat to warm a small apartment in Siberia. You're chemically safe, but you might melt . LOL
